Blackpool While primarily known as a tourist destination with amazing arcades and fairs, the city also has many museums and galleries in the note.
The Louis Tussauds Wax Museum on Central Promenade Blackpool is undoubtedly the most famous museum. It contains five floors of incredibly lifelike wax figures of the royal Family, along with film stars, great singer, superstar athletes and politicians. The museum also has a Chamber of Secrets, not for the faint of heart and Anatomical exhibitions.

The situation at South Promenade is another permanent exhibition of contemporary art dubbed as the Great Promenade Show. Some of the leading artists and designers in the UK bundle their talents to this all year long outdoor exhibition of a hit by contributing remarkable pieces of sculpture, art and even illumination. At night, the exhibition will be an inspiring sight, especially when the light hits certain angles and creates new dimensions.
During a tour of Blackpool should be for its museums and galleries, visitors also noted many offerings of the city taking in the field of dance, such as the annual dance festival, Contemporary Dance School and the tea dances every Saturday at the Tower Ballroom. During the annual dance festival Dancers consume about 2,000 hairspray cans, 1,000 bottles of nail polish, 3,000 bottles of tanning and use up more than 1,500 pair of tights.
If you enjoy the contemporary dance, it should be a journey to the leading hotels of Blackpool in order. Both the Grand Theater and the Opera House for the staging of the familiar, modern and hip-musicals.
In the meantime, if you see more than one can, then bring your dancing shoes and head for one of the many dance schools in Blackpool, everything from modern and offer ballroom dancing to ballet, jazz and tap dance.
