How many cups of tea / coffee you drink each day?

How does it relates to your health? I drink about five cups of tea a day and I feel really healthy!

No more than four cups of tea (milk, no sugar) even be less than the deff but not more than four! I dont think its really that healthy, In 21 and my mother still tells me off for "drinking too much tea," pfft lol but anyways lol use whitening toothpaste like thinks like tea, coffee and red wine stains can contribute to the teeth, and if youre drinking 5 cups each day ... well, just to be on the safe side lol
